WATCH BUYER

James Free Jewelers, a top 8-figure independent jeweler, seeks proven, professional, personable and experienced Watch Buyer for our two store chain.
The watch buyer is responsible for planning and selecting a range of products. The following factors will be the Watch Buyer’s responsibility

•      Improve sales
•      Train Staff
•      Analyze market trends
•      Enforce store policy
•      Financial budgets

Typical work activities-task involved:

•      Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends;
•      Regularly review performance indicators, e.g. sales and discount levels;
•      Managing plans for stock levels;
•      Reacting to changes in demand;
•      Maintaining excellent relationships with existing suppliers:
•      Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed;
•      Attending trade fairs to select and assemble a new collection of products;
•      Writing reports and forecasting sales levels;

Desired Skills & Experience

Candidate must have strong knowledge in the Swiss brands including Patek Philippe, Rolex, Cartier,  Breitling, TAG Heuer, Raymond Weil, and more. This Candidate must have proven sales record and previous buying experience.
