KC Designs is seeking a team player who is experienced in accounts receivables and other financial responsibilities within the fine jewelry industry.

In addition to managing daily receivables, position will also be responsible for the following:

Invoicing
Conduct credit checks and establish limits
Review and Issue credits
Collections of past due accounts
Prepare Commissions for Sales Representatives
Manage consignment with customers
Review and reconcile open balances with Big Box accounts through their portals

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the above mentioned tasks.

Proficient in Quick Books, Word and Excel. Right Click not required but a plus.
Ability to multi task, excellent written and verbal skills, organized with attention to detail and
follow up skills.
