Operation & Sales Manager required August 08, 2013

Ray Griffiths Fine Jewelry is looking for an operation and sales manager to work with this growing luxury brand, based in midtown Manhattan.

Duties include, but not limited to:
• General office duties, emails, answering phones, making appointments
• Managing designers schedule, trunk shows, trade shows, travel
• Social Media & Marketing
• Website Upkeep
• Product management
• Trunk and Trade show preparation
• Production assistance
• Database management
• Managing current accounts
• Business development and obtaining new accounts
• Media outreach and obtaining press, including advertising
• Keeping all promotional materials current, including images, postcards etc
• In studio sales and restoration business development


The perfect candidate should have strong sales and organizational skills and be very good with computers, knowledge of Filemaker is a plus.  Previous experience in the fine jewelry industry is preferred but not necessary.
