H.L. Gross & Bro. Jewelers is a family owned, fifth generation establishment on Long Island, in Garden City, NY. We are the official retailer of many well known, high-end jewelry and watch brands, with a strong emphasis on bridal jewelry and loose & mounted diamonds.

We are seeking a professional career-minded sales consultant who is passionate about working with people, and wants to be part of a terrific team in an established but ever-growing business.  We not interested in “sales clerks”.

This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing and self motivated individual to really shine in a busy, family-owned retail environment.  We have a friendly culture and low-pressure atmosphere designed to focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience with the highest level of professionalism.

Prior experience in a high service-oriented retail environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team with a focus on customer service.
Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask.
GIA or related gemological experience is preferred.
Willingness to work extended holiday hours & weekends (at least Saturday or Sunday each week)
