de Boulle Diamond & Jewelry, Inc. is seeking an experienced Master Jeweler for the Dallas location. This position will work directly with the current Master Jeweler. Every item, be it custom design or repair must deliver the ultimate in luxury and workmanship- “The deBoulle Experience.”

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Strong stone setting skills, with specialty in pave work.
• Possess complete mastery of basic repairs.
• Ability to work with all precious metals.
• CAD/CAM experience preferred. Ability to sketch could substitute for this skill.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
• Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fulfill the client expectations of exceptional craftsmanship.
• All items which leave the shop must be check and repaired as instructed.
• Communicate with sales team on estimates and keep them apprised of finish dates.
• Talk with manager when new ways and techniques can be implemented to improve the turnover of jobs.
• Properly use assets of de Boulle.
• Maintain inventory.
• Advise manager of delays and overbookings to remain on schedule.
