RIVA Jewelry Manufacturing (d.b.a. RIVA Precision Manufacturing) is seeking a qualified on-site Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
This individual will be primarily responsible for invoicing our contract manufacturing clients on a daily basis, recording transactions, and processing payments, among other key accounting activities. Will also be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Previous experience working for a jewelry company (minimum of 3 years) is a must for all applicants to be considered. Exercising integrity in handling confidential information is a necessity. Must be very good with MS Excel and have great communication and customer service skills.
