REALM is currently seeking energetic and passionate 1099 Sales Representatives/Brand Ambassadors for direct sales to retail jewelers and high-end boutiques.

Territories available: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, South Central and Mid-Atlantic

JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate is a team player that is independently motivated and excited about a unique and rewarding sales opportunity. Individuals must have a strong account management background with the ability to support all aspects of service: telephone contact, relationship management, training, sales analysis/evaluation as well as strategize to build and grow their account’s REALM business. Candidate should bring a strong background in branding and brand positioning and the vision to develop new channels of distribution. Candidate must possess proven sales ability and current relationships with better independent retailers.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Minimum of 5 years in the jewelry/luxury market business.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Experience in developing a sales plan—inclusive of an overall strategy to achieve goals.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Experience in establishing monthly sales objectives in coordination with the company’s sales plan.
• Analyze sales/market statistics and determine business growth potential.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
