TikTok Drives $6 Billion in Mobile Purchases - But Will It Survive? |  April 04, 2025 (0 comments)

Search Engine Journal recently reported that TikTok is an absolute ecommerce monster - driving $8 billion in mobile purchases, which is double the other social platforms. Also, that 70% of TikTok shoppers make purchases after seeing ads or shoppable content.

But, TikTok technically still doesn't have a new American buyer... which means it still may shut down for good.

Personally, I don't think TikTok will shut down - you should definitely keep learning how to market your brand on this platform. An American company will undoubtedly invest in TikTok since its so successful and it will remain an advertising powerhouse.
