Andrea Hill, owner of Hill Management Group and Werx Marketing, took the podium at the Centurion Scottsdale show to help jewelers navigate an online/offline marketing landscape that is more complex and fast-changing than ever. “People don’t just go online looking for diamond rings, they look for things like pink gems in diamond rings. Your website has to be rich in content. If you don’t have that information, people won’t find you.”
