AGS Long Island Guild And Security Group To Host Jewelry Crimes And Cyber Safety Awareness Seminar May 16, 2018 (0 comments)
Mineola, NY—The AGS Long Island Guild and Security Group will present an evening of education titled “Jewelry Crimes, Awareness, and Cyber Safety.” The June 27 event will address crimes that have happened to others in the industry and offer tips to prepare and mitigate the risk of having them happen to you. Some topics to be discussed include:
- Dark web
- Cryptocurrency
- Email takeover
- Blockchain
- Social media pitfalls
Presenters include FBI SSA Steve Gonzalez, Intel Analyst Michael Cali, Special Agent Mario Russo, and Adam Abresch, cyber liability expert.
The event will be held Wednesday, June 27, at Piccola Bussola Restaurant, 159 Jericho Turnpike, Mineola, NY. Networking with refreshments at 7:00 pm; presentation and Q&A will run from 7:30-8:30 pm.
