Judging is set for late October in Dallas. The main panel includes Jerry Raine of Turgeon Raine Jewelers; Craig Underwood of Underwood’s Jewelers; designer Erica Courtney; manufacturing instructor Blaine Lewis of New Approach School For Jewelers; and lapidary artist Clay Zava of Zava Mastercuts, according to the AGTA release.

Entries will be evaluated for beauty, wearability, design, material use, gemstone quality, craftsmanship, consumer appeal, and potential to promote natural colored gemstones and pearls, AGTA said.

Additional judges will handle sponsored award categories. They include Patti Norville Spector, Cher Norville, and Billie Norville, all connected to the Gem & Jewelry Exchange (GJX) show in Tucson, and Jenny Luker, President of Platinum Guild International USA, as per the release.

The early entry deadline is Sept. 26, with final entries due Oct. 10. The Spectrum Awards Gala is scheduled for Feb. 5, 2026, in Tucson.
