The appointment was announced by Stéphane Bianchi, managing director of LVMH and chief executive officer of LVMH Watches & Jewelry. Goasglas joined TAG Heuer in 2018 as vice president of Digital & Client Experience and later moved through a series of senior roles, including managing director for the Asia-Pacific region in 2021 and president of TAG Heuer Americas in 2023, based in Miami, according to WatchTime.

She is set to take over as the brand continues its broader business strategy centered on product elevation, innovation, and international growth. The report also notes that her experience in several major markets and her familiarity with the company’s operations and heritage are expected to shape TAG Heuer's next phase, including work tied to its partnership with Formula 1.

In a statement cited by WatchTime, Bianchi said Goasglas' experience inside the company and knowledge of the brand positioned her to lead the watchmaker going forward.
