Newtown, PA--Bernie Robbins Jewelers, with locations in Newtown, PA, and Somers Point, NJ, has transitioned to new ownership. Five longtime employees have taken charge of the company, which has been a fixture in the community since 1962.

Per a report in Patch, former owners Harvey and Madalyn Rovinsky decided to transfer ownership to employees Sandra Moran, Andy Lazar, Stephen Berman, Gen Flaxman, and Steve Jaffe, recognizing their dedication and long-term service.

The new ownership comprises seasoned professionals: Moran brings 22 years of expertise in jewelry purchasing, Berman offers 20 years in luxury sales, Flaxman continues to enhance customer service, Jaffe contributes over 30 years of experience in diamond sourcing, and Lazar, with 31 years at the company, is an expert in watches.

The report noted that the company is introducing the "Mainline Concierge," a service offering personalized jewelry consultations, and "Time Sensitive," a new line of pre-owned luxury watches. An expanded bridal department is also part of their new offerings.

Bernie Robbins Jewelers is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The flagship store is located at 507 New Road, Somers Point, NJ 08244, and the Newtown store is at 200 North Sycamore Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
