Webinar: You're Being Watched! How To Know You’re Being Cased and What To Do

Neenah, WI—Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. is hosing a webinar next week to help jewelers understand what the signs are that their store is being cased by criminals, and teach tips to lessen the chances that it will be hit. The webinar will be held September 5, at both 9 a.m. eastern daylight time (EDT) and 3 p.m. EDT.

Casing is the process whereby criminals observe a jewelry operation and its employees to identify its vulnerabilities and opportunities to commit a crime. By being aware when they are being cased and taking appropriate actions, jewelers can present a difficult target and may therefore lessen the threat of armed robbery, grab-and-run, sneak theft, and switches.

The webinar will involve a presentation of approximately 30 minutes in duration, followed by answers to your questions.

Slots for the session are limited, so click here to register and select your session. After registration, within a few days Jewelers Mutual will send an email with specific instructions for login and participation in the webinar.
