New CIRCA Campaign Focuses on Sustainability
New York, NY--CIRCA announces the launch of its latest branding campaign, featuring supermodels and clients Veronica Webb and Elaine Irwin. To celebrate the unveiling, CEO Chris Del Gatto and the stars of the campaign hosted a cocktail party at the CIRCA Accessories Salon at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on February 12, 2012. Partygoers had the first look at the highly anticipated revamp of Harper's Bazaar magazine, which featured the new ads.
The campaign consists of a series of impactful still-life images from photographer Teru Onishi that portray explosions of magnificent jewelry. The second phase, featuring Irwin and Webb, was photographed by Donna Trope. She also incorporates beautiful and rare jewelry juxtaposed with the natural beauty of these two iconic faces.
“These remarkable women embody the spirit of the CIRCA client: real, accomplished women empowered to make their own choices,” said Del Gatto.
The new campaign also spreads an important message on sustainability in the luxury world. As the largest 'recycler' of jewelry in the world, CIRCA says that with trillions of dollars’ worth of unworn jewelry sitting in safes, jewelry boxes, and inventory across the globe, selling unwanted jewelry back into the secondary market can help reduce reliance on newly mined metals and gemstones.
