Basel, Switzerland—With the Baselworld Fair opening just one week from today, the world’s leading luxury watch and jewelry brands are gearing up for their own “Oscar night,” so to speak—it’s the big moment when all the brands will unveil their latest models and jewelers can see what new trends are on the horizon for jewelry and watch collectors.

2012 marks the launch of the brand-new USA Pavilion/Centurion Collection, which will be housed in hall 2.0, aisle K. Upon entering the jewelry building 2.0, turn right through the turnstiles, proceed to the end of the hallway, then turn left to aisle K. Or, for a map of this and the rest of the fair, download the Baselworld free mobile show guide for smart phones. To download, visit www.baselworld.com/app or visit the app store on iTunes.

Exhibitors in the new USA Pavilion/Centurion Collection include:

Arman Sarkisyan,  Hall 2.0 | Stand K42

Arman Sarkisyan’s jewelry-making methods are as ornate and intricate as each of his pieces. Inspired by his travels, art, as well as mystical and spiritual elements, many of his designs are a blend of the Gothic, Byzantine and Russian Renaissance eras combined with modern influences, worked in rich 22-karat yellow gold, platinum, and oxidized silver, as well as precious and semiprecious stones.

Beverley K/Ungar & Ungar,  Hall 2.0 | Stand K32

The Beverley K Collection (ring below) has incorporated vintage styling with modern elegance to create some of the world’s most distinguished jewelry designs. Beverley K takes the ancient art of hand filigree to a marvelous new level.

With heritage and tradition dating back five generations, Ungar and Ungar (tiara above left) incorporates classic twentieth century design with modern elements. The collection boasts an exquisite heirloom tiara, seen at the top of the page, which converts to a breathtaking necklace. Ungar and Ungar bridal jewelry is a new range of vintage inspired, handcrafted rings, bursting with pave-set, brilliant-cut diamonds and scintillating gemstones.

Carelle New York,  Hall 2.0 | Stand K28

In Carelle's New York design studio, every piece begins and ends with the stone that inspires the creation. A signature leaf motif is incorporated into every design and invites light to shine through the stone, enhancing its cut and color. Each piece is laser-inscribed with the weight of the stone and company logo. Carelle’s diamonds and gemstones, and the supply chain through which they are procured, are held to the jewelry industry's most rigorous standards. We do business only with vendors and suppliers who uphold our same exacting standards.

Charles Garnier,  Hall 2.0 | Stand K38

By 1901, Charles Garnier had established his reputation in Paris as a masterful designer of gold jewelry. A very private man who preferred the privacy and serenity of his studio, he, like Cartier, was one of a few great designers during this period. Today, Charles Garnier Paris is a premiere designer of sterling silver jewelry and, for our 110th Anniversary, we are proud to present three new collections, Constellation, Organza and Hammered, to join our existing collections.

Christopher Designs,  Hall 2.0 | Stand K20

Born in Poland, Christopher Slowinski apprenticed under master jewelry craftsmen in his native country and in the United States. He distinguished himself with award winning designs and patented technologies such as the trademarked Crisscut family of diamonds. The Crisscut Emerald's unique 77 facet arrangement ignites the fire of the traditional 46 facet emerald-cut stones. The patented Crisscut collection also contains cushion, Asscher, and baguette diamonds with the same faceting arrangement. His latest innovation, the Crisscut brilliant round, uses 121 facets to exhibit fantastic light behavior properties even under low light circumstances. In summer 2012 Christopher will introduce the newest member of the Crisscut family, an oval diamond.

A decade later, in the early 70's, they opened Siera Jewelry in the USA. Today the Siera company is one of the few in the industry that does everything from design to manufacturing in one location. This dedication to quality, along with the exquisite designs from the company, has made Siera a favorite with many of today's most popular celebrities.
