Smart Age Solutions, Buyer Legends Team Up To Improve Conversions

New York, NY—Smart Age Solutions is proud to announce its new alliance with Buyer Legends, LLC. Together, Buyer Legends and Smart Age Solutions will introduce select luxury retailers and brands to strategies that will help them with a digital transformation that is centered on customers, not on technology.

Jeffrey Eisenberg, CEO of Buyer Legends, said, “Too many marketing agencies create fear, uncertainty, and doubt. Misinformation about digital marketing is rampant among agencies servicing jewelers. This hinders a jewelers’ ability to integrate their digital and retail customer experiences into their business plan.

“We’ve been asked many times to advise more jewelry clients. We held back because we couldn’t find an implementation partner. Smart Age Solutions is the only Premier Google Partner in the jewelry industry and doesn’t push customers for more budget simply to increase their fees. We can count on them to do the right thing.”

Emmanuel Raheb, CEO of Smart Age Solutions, said, “The Eisenbergs have been advising elite companies for two decades. I’ve read their books and admired them for years. When we met in person, their insights blew my mind. I want to make sure that my clients can take advantage of them.”

Forevermark, Padis To Open First Forevermark Brand Boutique In USA

Walnut Creek, CA—The first Forevermark branded boutique in the United States will open this November. Although it will have a Forevermark sign over the door and carry only Forevermark product (both bridal and fashion), the store will be owned and operated by Padis Jewelry, a prominent jeweler with four stores in the San Francisco Bay area. Padis is a longtime Forevermark retailer partner.

The brand/retailer partnership model is very similar to how other luxury jewelry and watch brands such as Rolex and Hearts On Fire have launched freestanding boutiques. Forevermark US CEO Charles Stanley called it the next step in the evolution of the brand and said Forevermark will contribute to the buildout in the same proportion it contributes to any Forevermark presence.
