Uneek Publishes First Retail Training Manual
Los Angeles, CA—Uneek announces the publication of its first-ever training manual for retail sales associates. The Essence of Uneek: Brand Overview and Training Manual for Retail Partners is a 32-page resource guide developed for employees of Uneek's authorized retail partners, especially those who not only strive to become experts in the products that they sell but who also want to excel at creating delightful customer experiences.
The booklet, developed by Uneek’s sales and marketing teams in conjunction with its design and manufacturing departments, contains several brief but comprehensive modules that cover the following topics:
- The vision behind the brand in founding president and designer Benjamin Javaheri’s own words
- Uneek's manufacturing differentiators
- Custom design and special order services
- Customer service
- Visual merchandising
- Special events and trunk shows
- Marketing support for retail partners
- Social media and digital marketing
- Rewards program from sales associates
- Collection stories, with features and benefits
"We believe this training manual can make a significant contribution to increasing Uneek brand awareness and sales capability in roles involved in customer-facing," said Michael Bungert, senior vice president at Uneek. "It provides sales associates with a very intimate understanding of Uneek's story. Also, it is written in a very consumer-friendly language and tone—especially the product features and benefits sections—so sales associates won't have a hard time translating the text into effective, genuine and compelling pitches."
Natalie Javaheri, Uneek's marketing director at large also explained that the booklet employs highly sophisticated printing to make the jewelry photos stand out and the publication double as a catalog of sorts.
The training manual will be distributed to Uneek's premier retail partners beginning the second week of February. Advance copies were handed out at the Centurion show in Scottsdale, AZ. To request a copy, call (888) BE-UNEEK, or send an e-mail to info@uneekjewelry.com. Retail partners who require on-site training will need to send a request to info@uneekjewelry.com. All requests should be submitted with sufficient time for Uneek to evaluate your request and plan our calendar.
