Le Vian Announces Premiere of “The Kiss” TV Commercial For Independent Luxury Jewelers

New York, NY—Le Vian announces the upcoming premiere of the first major TV commercial it has ever made for independent luxury jewelers. Titled “The Kiss,” the commercial is all about the emotions that bring a man and woman together, and highlights the brand’s signature trademarked Chocolate diamonds. 

“It’s the interplay of the sexes and the deliciously decadent gift of a Le Vian Chocolate Diamond” explains CEO Eddie LeVian.  “A woman wants to be loved and appreciated for her uniqueness.   A man wants to be her hero.   ‘The Kiss’ reveals how Le Vian Chocolate Diamonds satisfies the desire for both.”  

LeVian continues, “The Kiss will give our luxury independent jewelers a powerful tool to compete.” The commercial features designs that are exclusive to luxury independent retailers, and that also tie into Le Vian’s 2014 trend forecast, including Chocolate Cravings, Gladiator Weaves, Ocean Wave Gladiators, Fiery Reds, and Cush'n Pillow.  

The commercial will launch in early November and run for 18 months in 200 U.S. and international markets, concurrently with the exclusive 2013-2014 Le Vian Chocolatier brochure.  Luxury retailers who promote the commercial in their local market will also receive a behind the scenes video of the making of the commercial to air in-store and on social media.

The commercial's actor and actress will be part of the lineup for Le Vian's annual Red Carpet Revue fashion show and fine jewelry forecast next year, to be held June 1, 2014 in Las Vegas.  Both will model Le Vian’s 2015 trends and mingle with independent luxury retailers at the afterparty.  

 

Frederic Sage Launches Pinterest Contest

Great Neck, NY – Frederic Sage is offering a “Pin to Win” contest. The winner will receive a 400-ct. aquamarine cabochon bead necklace which normally carries a suggested retail of $1,895.

The contest is open to everyone including consumers. In order to qualify, contestants must complete the following steps.

One: Create a Pinterest Board of their favorite Frederic Sage pieces, and hashtag #FredericSage.

Two: Email the link to their board—which must include at least 12 items—to contest@fredericsage.com by 11 p.m. EST on November 30, 2013.

Armenta Names Nikki Siegel As EVP, Sales And Marketing

Houston, TX--Nikki Siegel has joined Armenta as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Siegel brings more than 15 years of experience and a proven record of leadership, relationship management, strategy development, and customer service. She previously held senior management positions at successful companies, including 10 years with H.Stern, where she was an integral part of the launch and development of its wholesale division, and five years with designer brand Ippolita, where she built relationships with over 75 retail partners in 185 locations worldwide.

Jewelers’ Mutual Offers Video With Holiday Security Tips

Neenah, WI—Jewelers’ Mutual has released a new learning module with holiday season security tips. The video covers three main areas: hiring extra holiday staff, avoiding employee dishonesty, and procedural tips. Narrated by Carrie Volp, JM loss prevention specialist, the video reminds jewelers that the best goal is to convince criminals to go elsewhere by being as prepared as possible.
