Brilliant Earth Expands Footprint with Two New Boston Showrooms September 26, 2024 (0 comments)
Boston, MA--Brilliant Earth Group announced in a news release that it is expanding its retail presence with two new showrooms in the Boston area. The company opened its first new location in Chestnut Hill at 27 Boylston Street in "The Street Chestnut Hill" shopping center.

A second showroom, The Superette, in the Seaport District, located at 254 B Street, is scheduled to open in November.
The expansion marks another step in the company's strategic growth. Boston has played a key role in Brilliant Earth's retail efforts since 2016, when Brilliant Earth opened its first showroom outside California on Newbury Street.
The company's co-founder and CEO Beth Gerstein noted in the news release that the two new showrooms represent important milestones in meeting the growing demand for its fine jewelry.
Both showrooms are designed with try-on bars, offering a tactile shopping experience for customers, and feature modern layouts that reflect the evolving nature of Brilliant Earth’s personalized service. Pam Catlett, the company’s Chief Brand Officer, added in the release that these new locations allow customers to engage with the brand's renowned personalized appointment service, particularly for bridal jewelry.
Brilliant Earth has expanded its showroom network from a single location in San Francisco in 2006 to nearly 40 locations across the U.S. The new Boston showrooms will feature a variety of fine jewelry and bridal options available for immediate purchase alongside customized, made-to-order pieces.
Jewelry specialists will also be available for one-on-one consultations to guide customers through their selections based on personal preferences.
Signature engagement rings and the brand’s newest collections, including "The Perfect Collection" and "The Sol Collection," will be available, in addition to a range of other fine jewelry pieces such as Zodiac pendants and gemstone rings.
