New York, NY--Britney Spears has filed a trademark application for her debut jewelry line, according to a report by TMZ. The filing, submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on May 28, 2025, has met the minimum requirements and is currently under review, as per the report.

According to the information shared by TMZ, Spears' primary motivation for securing the trademark was to ensure that no other parties could use the brand name before her team could develop and release the collection. While no official launch date has been announced, TMZ reported that Spears and her team hope to bring the line to market in the near future.
Per the report, the trademark filing is specifically for jewelry, and Spears intends to be closely involved in the design process of each piece. The line, named “B Tiny,” was first teased by Spears in an Instagram post last November, where she described it as featuring “delicate, extremely different, and one-of-a-kind pieces.”
Spears had written, “My first jewelry line coming soon !!! Delicate extremely different and one of a kind pieces !!! I’m so excited !!! Realizing how cool it is to be an artist that can be passionate in so many different ways !!! B Tiny coming soon ��!!! Girls you’re gonna f***ing love it !!!”
The report highlights that Spears’ team aims to build the collection as an exclusive jewelry line under her direct creative vision.
