Midland, TX--Cathy Eastham Jewelry, located at the Plaza Oaks Shopping Center, is set to begin a $200,000 renovation aimed at expanding its showroom and improving accessibility, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
According to the TDLR filing noted by Midland Times, the planned upgrades will increase the store’s total space to 3,534 square feet and include the addition of one accessible restroom. The jewelry store is situated in Suite 31 at 2101 West Wadley Avenue. Construction is scheduled to begin on May 30 and is expected to conclude by July 30, 2025.
The filing also lists Shaun Krasowski, connected to Los Angeles-based Plaza Oaks BPRE Investors LLC, as the owner of the shopping center.
The report noted that TDLR filings are preliminary, and details may change as the project progresses.
