Kristen Johnston and Kelly Stables of TV Land’s hit show The Exes (below) wore Courtney’s jewelry for the show’s season three promotional materials. Johnston wore an 18k gold and diamond double jade lariat necklace, an 18k gold multi gem chain necklace, and an 18k gold and diamond blue topaz Helyn ring. Stables wore a platinum and diamond precious pink topaz pillow top ring and an 18k gold and diamond coral cross ring.
