Centurion Education Continues In Tucson; Luxury Hotel Room Block Available January 15, 2020 (0 comments)


Tucson, AZ—For those Retailers and Designers who will be continuing to the Tucson Gem Shows following Centurion 2020, we have created a very Special Educational Weekend just for you! Our aim is to provide outstanding education to give you a truly enjoyable and valuable lead-in to the Gem Shows.

Here's what we have in store:


10:00 AM - 3:30 PM, AC By Marriott Tucson Downtown (Lunch and Refreshments provided): An amazing GEMSTONE MARKET UPDATE  from some of the Brightest Minds in the Gemstone business! 

We realize colored gemstones are an important part of your business. And what better way to begin your Tucson 2020 Expedition than to experience a detailed Market Update from a fantastic group of experts on many of the key gemstone categories you will be shopping while in town. 3:30 PM Onward: SUPER BOWL EVENING. Kickoff is at about 4:30 PM Arizona time, and we plan to meet at a great local sports bar in Tucson to enjoy the game together. Join us!


15 or more shows will already be open for your Exploration Enjoyment on Monday, February 3, 2020.  Many are shows you might not have seen before.  GJX and AGTA open at the Tucson Convention Center and across the street on Tuesday, February 4, but below is a list of all the gem shows open as of Monday, February 3, 2020:

We hope you decide to join us for Centurion's 2020 Special Tucson Gem Connection Weekend! We also are offering awesome, high-end hotel rooms in Tucson at a steep discount. Centurion has a block of rooms at the beautiful, chic, AC By Marriott Downtown Tucson, (151 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85701) for Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights (February 1, 2 and 3) with rooms also possible on Feb. 4 and 5. The hotel is less than a 1/2 mile walk to the Convention Center and 2 minutes by car. The rooms now list online for between $469 and $537 per night plus tax, but we will offer our block to industry friends on a first-come, first-served basis at $159 per night plus tax. Call 516-331-5586 or email to inquire.
