The appointment follows a year of growth in Christie's Luxury category. According to the release, the Mellon Blue diamond sold for CHF 20.5 million ($25.6 million) in Geneva in November, the highest-value jewelry lot sold at auction in 2025. Luxury sales in Geneva during that period rose 24% year on year, while total global Luxury sales reached $795 million, up 17% from the previous year.
Miller previously served as Regional Managing Director for Luxury Americas, overseeing strategy and performance across Jewelry, Watches, Wine, and Handbags. As per the release, she led the integration of Gooding following Christie's acquisition and oversaw the relaunch of wine auctions in New York with The Cellar of William I. Koch.
Before joining the Luxury leadership team, Miller held senior roles at 20th Century Design and began her career in Christie’s Wine Department in 2010.
In her new role, Miller will be based in New York and will oversee Christie's global luxury business across live and online auctions and private sales, working with teams in Geneva, Hong Kong, London, New York, and Paris.
