Ketchum, ID--Barry Peterson Jewelers announced on Facebook that it is currently hiring full and part-time sales associates to join its team. The roles involve assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering questions about merchandise and store policies, and helping locate items within the store.

These positions' responsibilities include daily setup and breakdown of store displays, maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom floor, and coordinating schedules with clients and bench jewelers.

Sales associates will also handle client correspondence, manage shipping and delivery logistics, address customer inquiries and issues, and perform daily reconciliation of cash register, credit card, and POS system reports.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, be customer service-oriented, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. They must also be able to learn new software and technology systems, pay close attention to detail, and have troubleshooting skills.
