Sutra Jewels Hiring Account Executives and Sales Reps In Houston
Sutra Jewels is looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Rep will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, establishing and developing strong customer relationships, building individual sales volume, and establishing new accounts. Sales experience is a must, and familiarity with the wholesale market and previous work with majors and independent stores are a plus.
Sutra Jewels is an established High end jewelry company and is looking for an in-house sales associate. The position is full-time, with duties that include, but not limited to:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and requests from VP of Sales
- Make outgoing sales calls
- Enter and pick sales orders, process credit card payments, prepare orders for shipping
- Prepare for and potentially participate in trade-shows
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years Sales/Customer Service background or relevant work experience
- Impeccable phone etiquette
- Must have proven track record of successful team participation
- Must be self-motivated and deliver results with limited oversight
- Good working knowledge of Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
