Gumuchian Gets Worldwide Press

New York, NY—Myriam Gumuchian was interviewed by Anthony DeMarco of Forbes.com, who found the company’s Ring Cycle (which transforms into a bracelet)  “one of the more interesting concepts at the show.” The piece is shown left, open as a bracelet. As a result of DeMarco’s interview, Gumuchian was then interviewed on China Central Television (CCTV), the predominant television broadcaster in mainland China. Watch her interview here.

The company also was part of stylist Michael O’Connor’s StyleLab at the Emmy Awards where Shaun Robinson from Access Hollywood chose to wear its “Dolce Vita” earrings, which garnered mention in several articles and blogs along with FaceBook tags, Instagram and Tweets (if you would like to see these mentions let me know and I can send you the links), and the firm got footage of Robinson backstage interviewing the Emmy winners added to its YouTube channel.

Next, Gino Tavernaro, the stylist for Maria Kowroski—the principal dancer for the New York City Ballet—dressed her for the Ballet’s Fall Gala and she chose to wear a selection of Gumuchian pieces, below:

PGI-USA recently partnered with Refinery29 on a new opportunity that features trend-setting platinum jewelry in an online lookbook. Refinery29 editors perused hundreds of pieces and eventually narrowed it down to 15 pieces featured in a slide show, including Gumuchian’s Cabochon Sugar Loaf Tanzanite ring in platinum. And last but not least, as mentioned in the Centurion Newsletter, Marie Claire editor and style expert Nina Garcia has curated a gallery of platinum jewelry for The Knot. Gumuchian’s Platinum Gallop stackable ring was chosen by Nina and is featured in the gallery.
