- Knowledge of Photoshop, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Order processing through Logicmate Jewels2000 program
- Setting up e-mail blasts and organizing contacts
- Managing social media on a daily basis on Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram
- Acting as the point person with all marketing, trade show and retailer contacts
