Great Neck, NY—Doves by Doron Paloma is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, personable, and creative full-time marketing manager to serve with the marketing director. Salary position with opportunities for bonuses and commissions, and significant growth within the ever-growing company. Relaxed office environment steps from the LIRR train station.

Responsibilities:

• Provide jewelry magazine editors with content (images, stories of new collections) upon request
• Manage social media accounts of the Doves and Little Bird Bridal brands with fresh content, outreach to bloggers, with a focus of spreading and strengthening the brand name with the end-consumer
• Set up ads for retail accounts based on their requests
• Ensure Doves brand is represented on retail account websites with latest imagery
• Import and organize trade show attendance lists before shows
• Coordinate photography of new jewelry
• Manage co-op advertising budgets of retail accounts
• Assist in planning of bi-yearly advertising campaign, in conjunction with the VP, President and marketing agency

Required skills:

• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Goal-oriented with ability to think outside the box
• Adobe InDesign, Photoshop (working knowledge preferred but not mandatory)
