Great Neck, NY—Imagine Designs/Imagine Bridal is a jewelry manufacturer serving the industry for over forty years. The company is seeking qualified candidates for three open positions: account manager, industry specialist, and procurement specialist.
The Account Manager is a vital role in our operation, coordinating with many facets of the business to ensure timely execution of customer orders, accurate inventory control, and an efficient workflow. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customers’ orders.
Responsibilities:
- Engage clients and provide superior customer service through open communication
- Oversee customer stock and special orders to ensure on time delivery
- Place and monitor orders through internal systems
- Confirm order integrity and accurately invoice
- Engage, build, and sustain relationships through interactive communication
- Provide custom quotes based on customer needs/wants
- Proactively provide status updates to management and customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries and special order requests
- Partner with factories on custom design needs and timeframes
- Resolve order discrepancies
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Support other areas of business as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- College diploma and/or equivalent work experience
- Luxury, jewelry or fashion industry preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to prioritize and multi-task while remaining organized
- Ability to work well in small teams, coordinating between different departments to prioritize & process inbound/outbound transactions, as well as work independently with support from co-workers
- Must be able to professionally interact with team members and customers/suppliers through verbal and written communication and have the ability to take and understand directions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Fluency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
- Familiarity with customer order management software preferred
- Familiarity with EDI and CommerceHub order processing systems preferred
- A high attention to detail and accuracy in recording data is required
- Have strong customer service and computer skills
- Strong math skills required for custom quoting
The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for both physical inventory control as well as data reconciliation within our custom jewelry ERP software.
Responsibilities:
- Review and accurately receive merchandise purchase orders/invoices and identifying/resolving discrepancies
- Process component shipments to and from factories
- Pick and reserve customer orders
- Maintain records and provide reports of incoming and outgoing products
- Implement and perform cycle counting and variance reconciliation, reporting results to management
- Process all necessary adjustments (inventory reconciliation and dispositions).
- Monitor inventory levels, memos, and sales lines
- Investigation, resolution, and communication of items on negative availability report
- Generate reports and assist with inventory forecasting/planning and product lifecycle management
- Inspect and tag products with accuracy
- Support other areas of business as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- College diploma and/or equivalent work experience

- A high attention to detail and accuracy in recording data is required
- Have strong customer service and computer skills
- Experience with inventory software and physical and cycle counting programs preferred
- Jewelry experience preferred
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for procurement of goods from our factories as well as data reconciliation within our custom jewelry ERP software.
Responsibilities:
- Act as main contact for factories regarding production orders and timeframes
- Accurately enter, confirm, and create finished and component purchase orders
- Review factory confirmations and open order reports, while identifying and reconciling discrepancies
- Monitor supply chain constraints, notifying management of process opportunities
- Communicate delivery dates and opportunities to the customer service team
- Process factory and customer returns
- Review and maintain style data ensuring information is accurate in our custom software
- Maintain records and provide reports of incoming and outgoing products
- Generate reports and assist with inventory forecasting/planning
- Support other areas of business as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- College diploma and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to prioritize and multi-task while remaining organized
- Ability to work well in small teams, coordinating between different departments to prioritize & process inbound/outbound transactions, as well as work independently with support from co-workers
- Must be able to professionally interact with team members and customers/suppliers and have the ability to take and understand directions
- Experience in production planning and supply chain management preferred, including understanding of min/max inventory and sales analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Fluency with Excel PivotTables & charts, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing/ERP software preferred
- Familiarity with EDI and CommerceHub order processing systems preferred
- Candidates should be adept with numbers and be comfortable dealing with large datasets
- A high attention to detail and accuracy in recording data is required

- Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 30 pounds for prolonged periods of time
