We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to be a key member of the senior sales team.
This position is directly responsible for monitoring and driving sell through, improving visual merchandising, and training store personnel. The manager will collaborate with the marketing, business development, and customer service teams to manage the daily business and ensure that the brand's image is appropriately represented. There are multiple territories available.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, support, and manage the day-to-day sales activity at key retail clients in the states that would be part of the appointed territories.
- Monitor all sell out activity at each point of sale.
- Ensure proper assortments are being represented at each account.
- Monthly assortment replenishment.
- Serves as a team leader, motivating and enthusiastically training stores to communicate extensive brand history, product knowledge, and visual merchandising at each point of sale.
- Projects brand's visibility at point of sale and implementation of seasonal celebration animations.
- Support trunk shows within territory.
- Directly responsible for all territory budgets including but not limited to Coop advertising, Training,Travel and Entertainment, and Incentives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Wholesale and/or Retail in the luxury or jewelry/watch industry.
- Excellent computer skills. Excel and PowerPoint experience a must.
- A true 'customer service' attitude with strong proactive skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed with an emphasis on detail and organization, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with strong follow-through as well as being part of the team.
