Classified: Marshall’s Jewelers To Close; Seeks Tenant for Prime Location in Tucson, AZ May 22, 2013 (0 comments)
Tucson, AZ—Marshall’s Jewelers, the leading jeweler in Tucson for 43 years, is closing its flagship location. Owners Rita and Victoria Marshall are exiting the business. Because Marshall’s is well respected in the community, the sisters—who own the building—would like to lease the space to a financially secure tenant who also possesses a well-respected reputation and high standard of service. The Marshalls would ideally love to see new owners take over the business as a turnkey operation as soon as possible.
Tucson city has a population of 525,000 and a metro area population slightly less than 1,000,000. There is no other leading independent luxury jeweler in the area; the only Rolex dealer is Ben Bridge, in a mall location. Marshall’s formerly was a Rolex dealer until one year ago.
