New York, NY—Ray Griffiths Fine Jewelry has a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about jewelry to be an office manager/pa/production assistant.

- Wage: Compensation commensurate with experience

- Job responsibilities include:
- Maintain day-to-day office functions
- Read, review and respond to emails
- Manage/Supervise designers calendar
- Organize and maintain designers schedule and travel
- Co-ordinate trade and trunk shows preparation
- Co-ordinate with bookkeeper to manage relationship with vendors, service providers
- Co-ordinate with Sales Manager to maintain stock, consignment and marketing support
- Coordinate with Designer to manage production and maintain database.
- Updating Social Media and Website as required
Requirements:
- Office management, administrative or assistant experience is a must
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Independent worker with a can-do team player attitude
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of Mac, Microsoft Office Suite, FileMaker, QuickBooks, Word press and Photoshop
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is a preferred
