Police said officers responded to the store on January 2, 2022, at around 6 p.m. following a burglary report, the report stated.

Staff told responding officers that several glass display cases had been smashed and jewelry valued at more than $250,000 was missing.

Per the report, investigators filed a theft charge against 24-year-old Dashaun Allen in November. The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office arrested Allen on Christmas Eve.
