Scottsdale, AZ—Centurion in 2016 makes great use of technology while maintaining the traditional schedule and activities that make the Show a fun one for its attendees. Centurion schedules, logistics, and attendee/exhibitor information are available through its new App, Whova. The app also has a social media component, allowing users to connect with one another if they so choose.

Also new for 2016 there’s an Exhibitor Showcase competition, highlighting innovative display techniques. The winning showcase will be announced and awarded at the glamorous Gala night, along with the Centurion Design Awards and the Vendor’s Choice Retailer Awards.

Along with the new activities, there are the continuing favorites: the golf and tennis tournament commences this weekend, and education rules each morning with early morning Retailer Workshops featuring Shane Decker, ExSELLence, and Abe Sherman of BIG. Then comes the exciting lineup of main session morning speakers: Marcus Lemonis of MSNBC’s The Profit; Aussie powerhouse speaker Amanda Gore; and Apple and Tesla’s retail architect George Blankenship.

Centurion's 15th Anniversary Show wraps with a comedy extravaganza, featuring world-class impressionist Frank Caliendo, leading up to Atlanta-born comic superstar Jeff Foxworthy. Foxworthy is renowned for his “You Might Be a Redneck” one-liners, and is the largest selling comedy-recording artist in history, a multiple Grammy Award nominee, and best-selling author of more than 26 books. Widely known for his redneck jokes, his act goes well beyond that to explore the humor in everyday family interactions and human nature, a style that has been compared to Mark Twain’s.

Foxworthy recorded an exclusive video just for Centurion attendees to get warmed up for the 2016 show. Click here or on the image above to watch and get your journey to Centurion off to a festive start. See you there!
