Davis Jewelers Awards $15,000 Gift Card for Breast Cancer Research at Louisville Gala July 19, 2024 (0 comments)
Louisville, KY--Davis Jewelers announced on Facebook that it gave a $15,000 gift card to an attendee at the Twisted Pink Gala, held at the Mellwood Art and Entertainment Center. The gala, Twisted Pink's largest annual fundraiser, supports research for metastatic breast cancer.
The event included a cocktail hour, dinner, live and silent auctions, a keynote speaker, and performances by Tony & The Tanlines. The gala concluded with the announcement of the raffle winner, who received a Davis Jewelers gift card.
Davis Jewelers supports Twisted Pink's mission to advance metastatic breast cancer research and commended participants and contributors for their involvement.
Twisted Pink encourages supporters to create fundraising pages to share their stories and set personal fundraising goals. Incentives for top fundraisers included gala tickets and swag bags.
When writing this report, the event raised around $250,000 towards its $350,000 goal.
