Eugene, OR--Skeie's Jewelers in conjunction the Young Titleholders of the American Gem Society (AGS) is presenting a new, web-based educational event on Tuesday, August 18 at 11 AM Pacific Time.

The presenters (shown below) will be Rick Beckett, RJ and owner and operator of Skeie's Jewelers and Sara Kirsch, head of all marketing for Skeie's Jewelers.

According to the webinar summary: "You care most about your business! For this reason, it's important to develop your own fundamental understanding of marketing, especially to your distinct variety of consumers. Marketing agencies are very helpful, but only YOU know just how to tell your story.

"Two years ago, we took over our own marketing and forged ahead into unknown territory. Since then, our business has grown and our customer engagement with our media has never been better. We'd like to share with you what we have learned, the strategies we've found effective, and how you are capable of crafting your own unique image. In addition, we will provide resources you can take home to your own business, hands-on tools to help you define your story, map out your budget, and decide exactly which platforms will be the most effective to market your business."
