New York, NY--Diamond Council of America (DCA) said its Colored Gemstone Course is fully updated and live in DCA’s new learning platform.

DCA said the new course is part of its ongoing commitment to modernizing education for today’s jewelry professional. The course now has interactive flashcards and knowledge checks to reinforce learning, scenario-based roleplay with interactive AI tools, enhanced visual design for a smoother, more engaging experience, and expanded content on gemstone sources, treatments and jewelry styles.

“DCA has always been committed to providing practical, relevant education for jewelry professionals, and this updated Colored Gemstone Course is a major step forward. It strengthens product knowledge while directly supporting confident, effective sales conversations with customers,” says Annie Doresca, DCA President & CEO.

This updated course has 12 lessons designed to equip participants to build desire, communicate value and guide confident customer purchases, DCA said.
