The featured speaker on May 2, is Seth Mattison, an internationally recognized adviser and a top-rated speaker on talent management, digital transformation, and the future of work. His research and case studies focus on inspiring audiences while sharing advice to drive meaningful outcomes for individuals and organizations. Seth coaches high-performing leaders with practical, life-tested ideas, concepts, and frameworks to elevate their impact and legacy. He has helped a range of companies, from the Dallas Cowboys to Walt Disney and AT&T to IBM.
Jess Pettitt is the May 3 featured speaker. Jess believes that to thrive, you must ride two horses at once: one of humility and one of ego. Her direct experience helps clients uncover a deeper sense of belonging, with resourceful collaboration opportunities that reignite their creativity and innovative ideation.
“I am very excited that our Featured speakers at Conclave this year are presenting such diverse topics. There is something for everyone,” said Denise Richards, chair of the Conclave Subcommittee. “Terry Sjodin, Seth Mattison, and Jess Pettitt will all deliver advice that we can take back to our businesses immediately and drive results.”
