Early Morning Jewelry Store Burglary Under Investigation in South Windsor May 26, 2025 (0 comments)
South Windsor, CT--Hannoush Jewelers, located on Buckland Road in South Windsor, was burglarized early on April 14, according to a report by Fox 61 that was recently highlighted by the Jewelers Security Alliance (JSA). The incident occurred around 4:20 a.m. when an alarm was triggered, prompting a police response within minutes.

Police confirmed that entry was gained through a window on the side of the building and that jewelry cases inside the store were smashed. As per the report, an older model Hyundai Santa Fe with a paper registration was identified as the suspect vehicle. Authorities believe the same vehicle has been used in previous jewelry store burglaries across other jurisdictions in recent months.
The report had noted that the store was is in the process of compiling a detailed inventory of the stolen items.
