After the pandemic, dating resumed as restrictions eased and public venues reopened. Many relationships transitioned into engagements around the 2-3 year mark.
According to a KTTC report, one of the city's long-standing jewelers, Lasker Jewelers, is gearing up for this anticipated rush.
“Engagement rings have been part of our business forever, so we do all year long focus on the engagement ring," Lasker Jewelers owner Nicole Lasker said, per the report.
"We do have new collections coming in to feature you know the new trends in engagement rings," Lasker added.
"There’s a lot of simple styles that have been timeless forever and then some newer trends are a little more modern coming into play now,”
The report noted that for couples contemplating that significant purchase, the advice from Lasker Jewelers remains consistent: having a budget in mind when shopping for an engagement ring is crucial.
