Burlington, VT--The white male and female couple pictured here were looking at a three stone engagement ring in a retail jewelry store.

The male seemed surprised, but then fled a few seconds later.
The female is described as in her 40s with script tattoos on her chest.
The male is described as late 30s, with a tear drop tattoo under his eye.
