Secaucus, NJ--Frederick Goldman, Inc. (FGI) has announced a series of executive leadership updates aimed at aligning its manufacturing, product development, and customer service functions.
As per a LinkedIn post by the company, Bryan Cowan has transitioned into an expanded role as senior VP of Operations, Product Development, and Sourcing. According to the post, the position is designed to strengthen alignment from the manufacturing stage through to product execution.
Concurrently, Thomas Schwartz has been promoted to senior VP of Customer Experience. The new role consolidates the company's marketing, sales, and service divisions under a single leadership tier. Additionally, Liliana Estrella has been promoted to Director of Marketing.
In the statement regarding the organizational changes, the company noted that the moves are intended to sharpen execution and accelerate speed to market while deepening customer support.
