New York, NY--Gabriel & Co. announced the release of a digital Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that includes GIA natural diamond verification. Per a news release, this new initiative aims to increase transparency for consumers purchasing diamond jewelry from Gabriel & Co.

The COA, which consumers can now download, was first revealed at the Luxury by JCK Show in Las Vegas. This advancement leverages the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) verification processes for all diamond sizes used in Gabriel & Co.'s fine jewelry collections.

Per the release, Gabriel & Co. has developed technology over the past 12 years to enhance the traceability and authenticity of their products. Each piece of jewelry is laser-inscribed with a unique serial number, tracking its journey from the designer to the final consumer. This system ensures quality control and accountability.

"Customers deserve transparency and confidence in their purchases," Jack Gabriel, CEO of Gabriel & Co., stated in the news release. "By introducing the Certificate of Authenticity with GIA natural diamond verification that is downloadable, we are setting a new standard in the industry for trust and integrity."

The company, compliant with the Kimberly Process, adds diamond inspection to its 26-step process. This verification ensures that only natural diamonds from trusted sources are used in their jewelry.

"Gabriel & Co.'s digital Certificate of Authenticity is an important advancement in consumer protection that reinforces our shared commitment to fostering trust and integrity within the gem and jewelry industry," Susan Jacques, President and CEO of GIA, added in the release. "By incorporating GIA's meticulous diamond verification processes, this initiative offers consumers and jewelry retailers confidence in the authenticity and journey of their diamond jewelry."
