Farmington, CT--Hannoush Jewelers will relocate its longtime Farmington store from Westfarms Mall to a new flagship location at 1599 Southeast Road, the current Barnes & Noble site, according to The Connecticut Scoop.

The move, planned for August 2026, will end more than 40 years of operation at Westfarms and mark a major expansion for the family-owned jeweler.

The upcoming 6,000-square-foot store will feature an expanded bridal section, a larger selection of fine jewelry, and a redesigned, open-concept layout. The company said the new design reflects its focus on quality and personalized service.

"After four decades in the mall, we're thrilled to expand into a flagship location that allows us to showcase more jewelry and create a more personal, comfortable shopping experience," said Michael Hannoush, owner of Hannoush Jewelers, as quoted by the report.

The new flagship will be located across from the Nordstrom entrance at Westfarms, offering easier parking and increased visibility. The Hannoush family purchased the building earlier this year and will share the property with Goldfish Swim School, which will occupy the rear section. A third retail space, measuring between 6,000 and 11,900 square feet, remains available for lease.

The report noted that Barnes & Noble will vacate its longtime location and plans to relocate elsewhere in the area before the jewelry store's renovation and move.
