Rolex to Open New Retail Store in Williamsburg’s North Sixth Street Collection November 04, 2025 (0 comments)
New York, NY--Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) has announced a new lease agreement with Tourneau, LLC for a 3,767-square-foot Rolex retail store at 86 North Sixth Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The site, located at the corner of Wythe Avenue and North Sixth Street, is part of ESRT's expanding North Sixth Street Collection.
“When we first announced our acquisitions on North Sixth Street, many were not aware of the dynamic demand from retailers and customer attraction to the street," said Christina Chiu, president of Empire State Realty Trust, as per the news release.
Anthony E. Malkin, chairman and CEO of ESRT, said Williamsburg's retail landscape is increasingly important to both brands and shoppers. "We have a lot more underway there," he added, encouraging interested tenants to connect with the company about future opportunities.
