London, United Kingdom--Harry Kane appeared to support the LGBTQ+ community by wearing a Rolex watch at the Qatar World Cup.

According to a report, the watch, which retails for more than 535,000 pounds ($657,000) in the UK, could be a potential reference to the rainbow Pride flag.

The report noted that England's captain was forced to abandon his plans of wearing a OneLove armband in his nation's opening game — the reason he was seen donning the Daytona "Rainbow'' in rose gold.

The report highlighted that seven European nations competing at the event had planned to wear the anti-discrimination armband during the tournament. However, they were discouraged from doing so by FIFA at the threat of sanctions.

The bands are seen as a strong statement in Qatar that criminalizes same-sex relationships.
