Calabasas, CA--Polacheck's Jewelers emphasizes long-term relationships over quick transactions. According to Entrepreneur, owner Brent Polacheck stated he has "turned all my clients into friends" to ensure decades-long service.

The business traces its roots 101 years back to a small Seattle diamond store opened by Ben Tipp and later moved to Los Angeles in 1949. Now in its fourth generation, the store offers high-end products including bridal cases with ten-carat diamonds and watches priced up to $2 million.

The store transforms into a community hub on weekends with drinks and sushi, creating an inviting environment. Polacheck noted that a quality experience is essential for luxury retail, as reflected in the store’s emphasis on personal service and expert staff.

Polacheck also builds relationships through client luncheons, watch collectors' dinners, and organizing trips to Geneva for auctions. His team prioritizes local customers within a 15- to 20-mile radius to foster long-term loyalty over one-time sales.

In response to market changes, Polacheck secured a 3,500-square-foot location in Topanga for a Rolex boutique—one of about 20 in the U.S.—while renovating the flagship store and planning a new Patek Philippe location.
