West Bloomfield, MI--When remodeling or starting a new building construction, clients often ask me about the interior design trends for cabinetry, furniture and other accessories that impress customers. My experience proves curved interior design can not only increase sales, but is a popular modern trend in jewelry stores that gives an upscale feel to the store. Think about sleek silhouettes and organically inspired shapes that embrace softness.

Curved Furnishings High In Online Searces

Curved furniture and accessories have been highly searched on the Internet, making the curve an important trend in interior design among all generations, especially Generation X and millennials. As jewelry storeowners understand these insights, they can increase their sales by targeting new generations.

The round shaped jewelry cases, curved ceilings and chandeliers in showrooms can create an open and welcoming feeling for your customers, which can allow them to feel more comfortable to interact and make a purchase, leading to increased sales for the store. See the picture above from Lucido Fine Jewelry, Sterling Heights, MI, which I designed the circular showcases, ceiling outline, and chandeliers.

Curved jewelry cases can be custom made to fit your stores needs. Curved designs can fit any style, such as traditional, contemporary, modern, rustic and transitional. Overall, curved jewelry cases give a luxurious feel. Keep in mind that depending on how detailed you design them they can be more expensive than traditional jewelry cases. See the picture below from Tiffany’s Showroom of the curved cases, chandelier, ceiling and circular feature wall.
